Regency Inn Richmond, Dumbarton

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and smelled good, but there was a presence of cockroaches that was a downside. The door between the rooms looked like it could be easily compromised, which made me feel a bit uneasy. On the bright side, the service was super friendly, and the staff even upgraded me to a room with a Jacuzzi tub, although there was an issue with the billing that left me a bit confused. The location was okay, although everything closed early, even 7/11 and gas stations. The hotel was close to our destination and very affordable. The dining experience was more than adequate, except for the disappointing offering of just coffee and a horrible donut for breakfast. The cable TV was a big plus in the room, though. The facilities were decent, providing what I needed for a short stay.
